Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training <br /> topics, date of training,job title, name of employee,written job description (qualifications and duties), and employee <br /> signed (or certified)record that documents the training. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 118 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three <br /> years from 12-9-2016 to 12-9-2019 during the inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years from 12-9-2016 to 12-9-2019 <br /> for all hazardous waste including used oil, used oil filters, and waste antifreeze. Provide these records and a <br /> corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 124 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California Electronic <br /> Reporting System (CERS)website.
