Backus, Garrett
From: Backus, Garrett
Sent: Wednesday, February 12, 2020 1:46 PM
To: 'Joshua Elliott'
Cc: Gaitan, Jason; Naidu, Muniappa
Subject: Rigmasters
Hi Josh,
I reviewed our Rigmasters file and found that they provided disposal records for used oil and antifreeze from 2019 up to
Dec 12, 19. They also provided a disposal manifest for the trailer of oil filters dated 1-10-20. They can store oil,
antifreeze, oil filters on site for up to 90 days so some hazardous waste may be legally stored at the site.
They still have seven hazardous waste and one hazardous materials violations to resolve for us. I'll have Jason send a
follow up letter next week since this is our normal process for out of compliance facilities. If the site is still out of
compliance after a few more weeks we may send the file to our enforcement staff.
Sincerely,
Garrett Backus, Ld.
