Mr Singh intends to meet all of the county hazardous materials management
requirements as expeditiously as possible. He has contacted me to assist him in that effort. After
inspection and review of your inspection reports I believe that we have met the requirements of CCR
Title 22 for management of hazardous waste.
Each of the current open violations are addressed as follow:
Violation 102:
All of the liquids in drums and parts washers observed with unknown liquids were identified and have
been removed. The liquids were managed as hazardous waste and manifest(s) have been
previously provided to you as requested. All of the materials in unidentified 5 gallon buckets and
other containers were either waste antifreeze or used oil.
Violation 114:
The facility cannot locate past manifest for disposal of hazardous waste. Rig Masters Truck Repair,
Inc. has attempted to locate past manifest for shipment of hazardous waste, but have not been able
to account for them. The business will attempt to obtain copies by using the DTSC Report
Repository, General Information Services Section. Future manifest receipts will be maintained at the
location.
Violation 118
As in the above violation 114, the facility will attempt to obtain the requested consolidated manifest
receipt copies for the past three years from DTSC.
Violation 403
The facility employees will be trained on proper management of open hazardous waste containers
when the facility is allowed to operate and they return to work. The liquids and associated containers
identified as being open during the inspection have been removed as depicted in the attached photos.
1
