The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for RIG MASTER TRUCK REPAIR INC as of February18, 2020. <br /> Open violations from December 09, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #403 -Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed the used oil tank storage <br /> area: <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket with used oil observed with no lid. <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket with oily debris/used absorbent with no lid. <br /> The following were observed outdoors adjacent to used oil tank area: <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket with used oil/oily debris observed with no lid. <br /> The following were observed outside adjacent to main shop: <br /> -One 55 gallon drum with used oil filters observed with no lid. <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket with used oil filters observed with no lid. <br /> -One 5 gallon bucket with oily debris observed with no lid. <br /> The following were found inside the main shop: <br /> -One container with used coolant observed with no lid. <br /> -One mobile container with used oil observed with no lid. <br /> The following were observed inside trailer located in front of property: <br /> -Sixteen 55 gallon drums with used oil filters observed with no lid. <br /> -One 15 gallon drum with used oil/ used oil filters observed with no lid. <br /> The following were found in trailer located at the back of the property: <br /> -Two 5 gallon buckets with used oil observed with no lid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste.
