The site is elevated approximately + <br /> 10 feet relative to mean sea level. The site is located within Section 10, Township 1 <br /> North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Baseline and Meridian. The site is a narrow strip <br /> that consists of approximately 9 acres of land. The site contains a former railroad track <br /> bed that runs east-west through the site. The site is located within a predominately <br /> commercial and industrial area. Weber Avenue bounds the site to the south beyond <br /> which is vacant land and an apartment complex. <br /> Site History: Since the turn of the 201h Century the site has been used primarily for <br /> industrial purposes. In particular, warehouse operators would accept, store and <br /> transport goods via barges/ships on the adjacent Stockton Channel and/or via the <br /> various rail lines running through the property.
