(Cambria) prepared this work plan on behalf of <br /> Equilon Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (She]1) as requested by San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD)during a February 19, 2003 telephone conversation <br /> with Cambria. The proposed scope of work presented in this document will comply with <br /> SJCEHD and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board(RWQCB)guidelines. <br /> Site Background <br /> The subject site is located on the southeast comer of West Kettleman Lane and Hutchins Street <br /> in a primarily commercial area of Lodi, California (Figure 1). The current site layout includes a <br /> station building, five dispensers, and an underground fuel storage tank (UST) complex <br /> (Figure 2). The service station was previously owned by Shell Oil Products Company, who <br /> i <br /> transferred ownership to Equilon Enterprises LLC (Equilon)effective January 1, 1998. In early <br /> 1999, Equilon transferred the lease for the station tothe dealer who now operates the station <br /> independently of Equilon. <br /> Cambria submitted a No Further .Action Request on December 17, 2002 and received a No <br /> Further Action Required letter from the RWQCB dated March 20, 2003.
