r) <br /> 5.0 VISTA REPORT LISTINGS <br /> A Vista regulatory database report provided by Caltrans and previously referenced in the "Scope of <br /> Work" section of this report was reviewed for informati n regarding the potential existing presence <br /> of hazardous materials/wastes at the Site or adjacent cilities at levels likely to warrant current <br /> regulatory mitigation action. The Vista regulatory database search included information sources at a <br /> search distance of 1.6 km (1 mile) from the Site. However, several discrepancies regarding facility <br /> locations were identified during the offsite reconnaissance. Therefore, for the purposes of this report, <br /> information summarized hereinafter references facilities ocated within 0.4 km(0.25 mile) of the Site <br /> as noted during the offsite reconnaissance. Additional information regarding facilities with map <br /> identification numbers (Map ID Nos.) is discussed hereir after in Section 6.0 "Records Review." The <br /> potentially hazardous waste facilities located within the site vicinity are summarized on Table 2. A <br /> copy of the Vista report is presented in Appendix F. <br /> 5.1 EPA NPL and CORRACTS Listings <br /> Review of the Vista report indicates that no facilities to ated within 1.6 km (1 mile) of the Site are <br /> referenced on the EPA National Priority Listing ( PL) or the RCRA Corrective Actions <br /> (CORRACTS) listing for required financial responsibi ity for treatment, storage and disposal of <br /> hazardous wastes. <br /> 5.2 DTSC SPL/SCL Listings <br /> Review of the Vista report indicates that no facilities to ated within 1.6 km (1 mile) of the Site are <br /> referenced on the DTSC State Priority List (SPL). Alden Park, located at 525 Palm Circle, <br /> approximately 1.2 km (0.75 mile) southeast of the Site, is referenced on the State CERCLIS (SCL) <br /> listing. <br /> 5.3 EPA CERCLIS/NFRAP and TSD Listings <br /> Review of the Vista report indicates that no facilities located within 1.6 km (1 mile) of the Site are <br /> referenced on the EPA CERCLIS/NFRAP listing. No facilities located within 1.6 km(1 mile) of the <br /> Site are referenced on the Treatment Storage and Disposal (TSD) listing. <br /> 5.4 LUST Listing <br /> Review of the Vista report indicates that one closed case, Tracy Chevrolet Geo Buick Olds, located <br /> at 1615 West I Ph Street, approximately 0.5 km (0.3 mil ) east of the Site, is referenced within 0.8 <br /> km(0.5 mile) of the Site on the leaking underground storage tank(LUST) listing. <br /> Project No.S8225-06-146 - 19- May 25,2001 <br />
