SITE INFORMATION
Site Description: The site is located at 24 South Hunter Street in the city of Stockton(San
Joaquin County), California. The site is a county administration building situated in central
business district.
Unusual Features: Possible underground utility lines. Underground Service Alert(USA) will
be called at least 48 hours prior to site work. Geoprobe operator will be asked to hand auger to
five feet below ground surface (bgs) if drilling near any underground utility lines.
Site Background/History: The site formerly contained one UST. The UST was removed in
1996 and soil sampling by the remote fill port had been impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons. In
November 1992, Kleinfelder, Inc. performed a subsurface investigation at the site. Analytical
. results from a field laboratory indicated that soil in the southwest corner of the former USTs had
been impacted by diesel and gasoline hydrocarbons. Groundwater was not encountered at a
maximum drilling depth of 25.5 feet bgs. The extent of impacted soil and groundwater was not
defined.
Overall Hazard Level: ❑ Serious ❑ Moderate ■ Low ❑ Unknown
Comments: None
2
W.
L
