In addition to a standard discussion of methods, the report will include the <br /> following: <br /> L <br /> • Site location map and site plan; <br /> Push-Point sample description and collection logs; <br /> • Table summarizing laboratory results; <br /> • Recommendations for future environmental corrective action and/or closure. <br /> The report will be prepared and stamped by a state of California Registered Geologist.
