John'Fukumoto of the City.of Stockton, Advanced GeoEnvironrnental. Inc <br /> (AGE)has prepared this reportfor additional site assessfbent activities conducted at the Van Buskirk' <br /> Golf Course maintenance facility (site)-located at 1740 Houston-Avehue, Stockton. California <br /> (Figure 1). This report presents the results of ground grater monitoring activities conducted during <br /> ' August 1999. The August 1999 monitoring activities represents the second round'of ground Nvater' . <br /> monitoring conducted under the ground water monitoring program as recommended in I <br /> Soil and Ground Il atei•'-4ssessment'Report,' dated 30 June 1999. <br /> The purpose of the ground «'ager monitoring activities is to, assess site ground \\rater for.seasonal <br /> variations inele\ration, gradient and flow. direction, and to assess the"impact of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon compounds and fuel oxygenating compound's in groundwater beneath the site. Site <br /> background information was summarized in the AGE-prepared Additional Soil and Ground 11'ater <br /> ' Assess'inent Report, dated 30 June 1999.This report was prepared in accordance'\\:ith San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Ser-vices - Envirol�a3tental Health Division (PHS-EHD) and Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRNN,QCB) guidelines for the investigation of <br /> underground storage tank (UST) sites; . <br /> 10. GROUND WATER MONITORING AND SA1111PLING PROCEDURES , <br /> On 04 August 1999. ground wafer monitoring activities Nvereperformed'ai the site. The ground x\,ater <br /> monitoring activities included the measurement.of ground water levels :end collection-of ground." <br /> water samples from site morlitoring w°ells.l\INN%I tluouah IN4'NV-a. Ground \+pater sampling procedures <br /> and protocols implemented'at the site are,presented in Appendix A. <br /> Prior to-collection cifground water samples: m <br /> each onitoring Nvell was appropriately,purged-and <br /> ground water parameters including dissolved oxveen. temperature, pH. and.conductivity \were <br /> t measured for.siabilization.
