31 July 2000 <br /> AGE-NC Project No..98-0468 <br /> Page 7 of 11 <br /> ground water measurements and collection of ground water samples.Ground water sample collection <br /> procedures are described in Section 4.6.3. <br /> Ground water samples will be analyzed by a State of California Department of Health Services <br /> (DHS)-certified laboratory for the following constituents: <br /> • EPA Method 8015 Modified/5030 for TPH-g and TPH-d; ^ <br /> • EPA Method 602`for BTEX and MTBE; . <br /> • EPA Method 8260 modified for tertiary butanol (TBA), di-isopropyl ether(DIPE), ethyl tert <br /> butyl ether (ETBE) and tert amyl methyl ether (TANTE), and methyl tertiary butyl ether <br /> (MTBE). <br /> 3.5. REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Upon completion of field work and receipt of final laboratory analysis, a report will be prepared <br /> . presenting the findings of the investigation. The report will include a description of the work <br /> performed and the results of the sampling and analysis. Conclusions. and applicable <br /> recommendations will be included in the report. The report will be in a forniat acceptable to the <br /> PHS-EHD and the CVRWQCB, and will be reviewed and signed by a California. Registered <br /> Geologist. <br /> 3.6, RECEPTOR WELL SURVEY <br /> Drinking water at and near the site is currently supplied by the City of Stockton.California Water <br /> Services well network. However, no California Water Service well is within the 2,000-foot radius <br /> of the site. <br /> One monitoring well was located approximately 1,600 feet southeast of the site. Monitoring well <br /> (MW-1) is located at the City of Stockton French Camp Landfill on Manthey Road, Stockton, <br /> California. MW-1 was completed in Decernber 1988 to a depth of 53.7 feet bsg. MW-1 is.screened <br /> -from 52.9 feet to 33.5 feet bsg. The well log for MWA can be found in'Appendix A. <br /> No other wells were located within 2,000 feet of the subject property on the DWR database, well log <br /> files or the SJCFC&WCD map. No other wells were identified during the physical'survey. Figure <br /> ,3 depicts the area covered by the receptor survey. <br /> Advanced CeoEnvironmental.Inc. <br />
