Therefore, the Fund will only pre-approve $1,125 ($125/drum) for transportation and <br /> disposal of 9 drums at your site. <br /> You may,also obtain additional'bids and submit them to the Fund for pre-approval. We can then <br /> review all of the proposals and determine the most reasonable amount. Please note that this pre- <br /> approval does'not guarantee that a Letter of Commitment (LOC) will be issued for this site. <br /> Since a LOC has not yet been issued, no money is currently obligated for reimbursement of <br /> expenditures for work directed and approved by the County for your site. <br /> Be aware that this pre-approval does not constitute a decision on reimbursement: all <br /> reasonable and necessary corrective action costs for work directed and approved by the San <br /> Joaquin County EHD (County) will be eligible for reimbursement per the terms of yourLetter <br /> of-Commitment at.costs.consistent with thosepre-app?oved.in this letter._ <br /> All future costs for corrective action must be approved in writing by Fund staff.
