Wilbur Ellis Company page 2 <br /> 212 Industrial Dr., Stockton <br /> E <br /> The "Groundwater Sampling - Former Underground Tank Area" report (dated <br /> March 13, 1998) submitted to PHS-EHD by KRAZAN & Associates on March 17, <br /> 1998, recommended six (6) Geo-Probes be advanced around the former UGT <br /> area for collection of groundwater grab samples. The Geo-Probe / push-point r <br /> proposal may be included, but only as a screening tool in determining the <br /> placement of the wells. A workplan which includes the placement of at least <br /> three (3) monitoring wells for periodic sampling and determining the groundwater <br /> gradient direction must be submitted to PHS-EHD. <br /> The workplan to install the wells, the boring permit application, and the $89 <br /> fee shall be submitted to PHS-EHD before June 19, 1998.
