For future reference, the chain of custody forms should <br /> be filled out completely and should verify the route and condition of the samples from the field to the <br /> laboratory. <br /> � E <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District is backlogged with applications for permits <br /> for authority to construct.
