The following are Minor Violations - Notice to <br /> Comply: 122,125,305,404,407,605,701,812,910,912 <br /> 122 & 125. Access to copies of hazardous waste disposal records were not avalable for inspection (but <br /> were stored on site according to generator but the secretary was not able to provide them for inspection <br /> due to schedule conflict). Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by <br /> the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years <br /> and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for <br /> the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by 12/11/2011. <br /> 305. Eye wash station at the nut processing building was not functional. Facility shall maintain spill <br /> control and decontamination equipment, and tested if required, to assure its proper operation in time of <br /> emergency. Immediately correct the violation per this section and provide documentation / evidence of <br /> the corrective action to EHD by 12/11/2011. <br /> 404. Two 55-gallon drums of used oil in the used oil storage trailer were not closed. All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste.
