A revised soil characterization work plan addressing the issues expressed <br /> above is to be submitted to us and the SJLHD by 7 April 1989. <br /> 2. A complete and comprehensive PAR is to be submitted to us and the SJLHD <br /> within three weeks of receiving the laboratory results which indicate the <br /> ground water plume has been defined, but no later than 10 July 1989. <br /> 4. Monthly sampling of monitoring wells W-2, W-2a and W-2b is to be initiated <br /> immediately to characterize and docum4nt the vertical extent of the ground <br /> water plume. <br /> 5. Quarterly monitoring of all the well is to be continued. <br /> 6.
