The City <br /> is also faced with a major problem of .dibromochloride (DBCP) contamination. <br /> These two issues are related as described in the attached letter to W.A. <br /> Connolly of ARCO. <br /> i <br /> As stated at the end of the letter, we are demanding that clean-up work be <br /> started.
