Yosemite, Manteca ARCO Facility #6020 <br /> PHSIEHD contact - Michael Infurna <br /> A tank closure plan is to be submitted to PHS/EHD. A 'work plan to over-excavate the new tank pit area <br /> and to take confirmation soil samples should be included. This corrective action requires an executive <br /> summary and a public participation period of 1 to 30 days prior to implementation. This site is to remain <br /> on an annual groundwater monitoring and sampling schedule with the next report due by September 15, <br /> 1994. Upon review and concurrence with the tank closure report sent to both PHS/EHD and CVRWQCB, <br /> documenting successful remediation of the contaminated soil by over-excavation and destruction of the three <br /> monitoring wells, site cerdication/closure will be granted. <br /> A flni.ion of San.luaquin County Health Care Ser%ices <br />
