When I am satisfied that Arco will be <br /> responsible for any and all contamination found on my property from any <br /> source or cause , if that contamination is required by law to be cleaned up <br /> or would result in the property being unusable or unsaleable at fair market <br /> value as a result of finding that contamination. <br /> I would also like a say in the exact location of the well so as to assure <br /> the least interference to my use of my property, as well as an agreement <br /> to do all work and monitoring after 5;pm on Fridays and before 8;am on <br /> Monday. <br /> Unless I can be assured that I will not be at risk I will not agree to <br /> the well .
