Kettleman Lane
Lodi, CA 95240
ARCO Petroleum Products is currently, conducting a site assessment
to determine the extent of contamination associated with their
underground storage tanks at 501 W. kettleman Lane, Lodi. The full
extent of groundwater contamination to the west of the station has
not been identified. The contamination may have migrated beneath
your property located at 521 W. KettIleman Lane, Lodi.
In order to delineate the horizontal extent of the groundwater
contamination plume, it is essential that ARCO gain access to your
property to install a groundwater monitoring well. ARCO has
accepted responsibility for the assessment and cleanup of the
contamination but has not been granted permission to investigate
groundwater conditions at 521 W. Kettleman Lane, Lodi. Therefore,
San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health
Division (PHS/EHD) , is seeking your cooperation in allowing ARCO to
place a monitoring well on your property.
If you have any questions, call Margaret Lagorio, Senior RENS, at
(209) 468-3449.
i
Jogi KhannM.D. , M.P.H.
Health O f " er
r y
aurie A.
