ORDER NO. 96-272 -2- <br /> RESCINDING VARIOUS WASTE DISCHARGE_ REQUIREMENTS <br /> f. Order No. 89-110, adopted 23 June 1989, prescribes requirements for a discharge of wastewater <br /> from J.R. Woods, Inc., Frozen Foods Operation, Wastewater Treatment Facility, Merced <br /> County, to land for irrigation of crops. The Order has been revised and superseded by WDRs <br /> adopted in August 1996. <br /> g. Order No. 91-224, adopted on 22 November 1991, prescribes requirements for Environmental <br /> Protection Corporation, Inc., and governs the disposal of oil field production and refinery <br /> wastewater to two deep Class V injection wells in the Fruitvale oil field, Kern County (Section <br /> 28, T29S, R27E, IViDB&M). The Department of Conservation, Division of Oil, Gas, and <br /> Geothermal Resources (Bakersfield field office) witnessed and certified the plugging and proper <br /> abandonment of the wells. <br /> Order No. 91-238 (NPDES Permit No. CA0082821), adopted 22 November 1991, prescribes <br /> requirements for ARCO Products Company Arco Station 434, Groundwater Treatment System <br /> Discharge, San Joaquin County, for the discharge of treated groundwater from the cleanup of a <br /> gasoline leak. The cleanup has been completed and the discharge has ceased. <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above waste discharge requirements Orders and Resolutions are <br /> rescinded. <br /> 1, WILLIAM H.
