MonierLifetile, LCC
Lathrop
Memo
To: File Lathrop Environmental
From: Carlos Carrillo
Date: 10/26/2007
RE: Waste pile and Berm Inspection 4th quarter 2007
On Friday October 26, 2007 and inspection was made of the Lathrop waste
pile and berm. The inspection was made on the perimeter of what used to be
the berm for the whole berm was hauled away. There were no signs of pile
water runoffs to the containment pond. An excavator was brought to the site
and is working on leveling the ground so that we can dig in different zones
of the site and find out if the material that was left there to level the site out
is hazardous. The plan is to finish leveling out the site and then grate it with
a slope so that we don't have to use a berm anymore.
NOTE: 28551 tons of material were hauled off to the land fill from Lathrop.
