MonierLifetile, LLC
Stockton
Memo
To: File Stockton Environmental
From: Brian McCarty
CC: Steve Saldate, Sandra Glenn
Date: 12/05/2007
Re: Waste pile and Berm Inspection 4th Quarter 2007
On December 5th 2007 an inspection was made of the Stockton waste area and surrounding berm.
The inspection was made while walking the circumference of the waste area. The concrete walls and
asphalt berm are in good shape and are serving their purpose of retaining run off from rains. Tarps
have been repositioned over berm with new sand bags to hold them in place, additional sand bags
have been added across access gate to grainery next door as water level is sitting close to top of the
raised surface. The pile consists only of regrind material with a very small pile of boulders that are
broken up on a daily basis. The berm does not show any signs of cracks or falling apart. Runoff around
waste pile is being retained and is ponding around base of regrind pile.
1
