FOOD IS SPOILED AND COMPLAINANT GOT SICK FROM IT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Jeff Carruesco and I were allowed into the facility to look at the vending machines.The owner is not available.The company <br /> name is Hudson foods.Their email hudsonfoodsvending@gmail.com or hudsonfoods@att.net.Their phone number <br /> 209-244-5828.They have a current permit for the vending machines. <br /> There are 2 visiting areas A and B, they mirror each other. In each of the areas there are 3 vending machines. One machine <br /> has drinks, non potentially hazardous foods, and one has frozen foods and the other has refrigerated foods.All foods <br /> appeared to be packaged at processing companies. The temperature of the refrigerators(40 F)and the freezer(0 F)are as <br /> required.There is no food made at home in the vending machines at this time.)will contact the owner to find out where the <br /> food is obtained from and where they store the food or it is taken directly to the vending machines. They has permits for the <br /> vending machines.
