No additional development is proposed for the property. 1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 193 Page 18 depicts the site parcel (APN 193- 180-50) on the northeast portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the north by Matthews Road followed by San Joaquin General Hospital Property (193-050-18); to the east by agricultural land (193-180-51); and to the south and west by agricultural land (193- 180-47) parcel vicinity map and a satellite overview map are included as Appendix A. 1.4. SITE MAP A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE The property has been historically utilized for residential purposes. The current residential dwelling was erected on the property in 1952. Prior to residential development, the property was likely used for light agricultural purposes. The property is situated on the western side of interstate 5 of French Camp, California. 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT Water supply for the property is currently provided by the onsite domestic water well. The well is approximately 110 feet away from the existing septic system. The proposed septic system will be located over 220 feet away from the onsite well and the water well located on the adjacent property to the west (Figure 2). The development of a residence and new septic system will not affect water being supplied to the property. 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE The current septic system includes a residential system located to the north of the existing residential structure (Figure 2). The septic system is utilized by the residence. The existing septic system distribution box and leach field extends to the north towards West Mathews Road and is located approximately 110 feet away from the onsite water well. Currently, the onsite residence is occupied and uses the septic system 365 days a year (Figure 2; Appendix B).
