PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 193 Page 18 depicts the site parcel (APN 193- <br /> 180-50) on the northeast portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the north by <br /> Matthews Road followed by San Joaquin General Hospital Property (193-050-18); to the <br /> east by agricultural land (193-180-51); and to the south and west by agricultural land (193- <br /> 180-47) parcel vicinity map and a satellite overview map are included as Appendix A. <br /> 1.4. SITE MAP <br /> A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br /> trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property has been historically utilized for residential purposes. The current residential <br /> dwelling was erected on the property in 1952. Prior to residential development, the <br /> property was likely used for light agricultural purposes. The property is situated on the <br /> western side of interstate 5 of French Camp, California. <br /> 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> Water supply for the property is currently provided by the onsite domestic water well. The <br /> well is approximately 110 feet away from the existing septic system. The proposed septic <br /> system will be located over 220 feet away from the onsite well and the water well located <br /> on the adjacent property to the west (Figure 2). The development of a residence and new <br /> septic system will not affect water being supplied to the property. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The current septic system includes a residential system located to the north of the existing <br /> residential structure (Figure 2). The septic system is utilized by the residence. The <br /> existing septic system distribution box and leach field extends to the north towards West <br /> Mathews Road and is located approximately 110 feet away from the onsite water well. <br /> Currently, the onsite residence is occupied and uses the septic system 365 days a year <br /> (Figure 2; Appendix B). <br />
