The proposed development project includes:
1. A three bedroom modular house.
2. The OWTS usage with wastewater of 150 gallons a day from existing residence and 200
gallons a day from proposed three bedroom residence totaling in 350 gallons a day.
Based on the information provided, the EHD can make the following findings:
1. The SSNL Study supports the suitability for standard OWTS usage for the proposed
development project on the above mentioned parcel, pursuant to San Joaquin County
Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d), provided proposed OWTS and 100%
replacement area can meet all required minimum setbacks from any water wells.
If you have any questions please contact Naseem Ahmed, Registered Environmental Health
Specialist, REHS, at nahmed@sjgov.org or (209) 468-3436.
Mi ael Kith, REHS
Program Coordinator
c: Advanced GeoEnvironmental
1868 E.
