The sample shows evidence of matrix interference.
Method 8260B:The matrix spike/matrix spike duplicate(MS/MSD)recoveries and precision for batch#157551 were outside control limits.
Sample matrix interference and/or non-homogeneity are suspected because the associated laboratory control sample/laboratory sample
control duplicate(LCS/LCSD)precision was within acceptance limits.
Method 8260B:The continuing calibration verification(CCV)associated with batch#157641 recovered above the upper control limit for
2,2-DCPA. The samples associated with this CCV were non-detects for the affected analytes;therefore, the data have been reported. The
following samples are impacted: (CCVIS 720-157641/2).
Method 8260B:The matrix spike/matrix spike duplicate(MS/MSD)recoveries and precision for batch#157641 were outside control limits.
Sample matrix interference and/or non-homogeneity are suspected because the associated laboratory control sample/laboratory sample
control duplicate(LCS/LCSD)precision was within acceptance limits.
Method 8260B: Internal standard responses were lower outside of acceptance limits for the following sample 56810-14 and confirmed by
MS/MSD. The sample shows evidence of matrix interference.
Method 8260B: Internal standard responses were outside of acceptance limits for the following samples: B-27D1.5(720-56810-38),
B-27D4.5(720-56810-39). The samples shows evidence of matrix interference.
Method 8260B: Internal standard responses were lower outside of acceptance limits for the following samples
56810-23,24,25,26,27,29,30,32,34,37 and samples were ND. The samples show evidence of matrix interference.
Method 8260B:The continuing calibration verification(CCV)associated with batch#157833 recovered above the upper control limit for
2,2-DCPA,CARBON TETRACHLORIDE. The samples associated with this CCV were non-detects for the affected analytes;therefore, the
data have been reported. The following samples are impacted: (CCVIS 720-157833/10).
Method 8260B:The laboratory control sample duplicate(LCSD)for batch#157833 recovered outside control limits for the following
analytes:T-1,3-DCPE. These analytes were biased high in the LCS and were not detected in the associated samples;therefore, the data
have been reported.
Method 8260B: Internal standard responses were lower outside of acceptance limits for the following sample 56810-4,5,8,10,11,13,
16,17,18,2-,21 and#22 confirmed by reanalysis and sample were ND. The samples show evidence of matrix interference.
Method 8260B:There was Methylene chloride detection in the sample 56810-13,18, 19 due to lab contamination.
Method 8260B:Surrogate recovery for the following sample was outside the upper control limit:B-8D1.5(720-56810-16). This sample did
not contain any target analytes;therefore,re-extraction and/or re-analysis was not performed.
No other analytical or quality issues were noted.
GC VOA
No analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described in the Definitions/Glossary page.
TestAmerica Pleasanton
Page 4 of 241 4/29/2014
