DAILY VISUAL MONITORING PROCEDURES <br /> FOR ABOVEGROUND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br /> Hazardous Materials stored aboveground include: <br /> [X] Motor Oil <br /> [X] Transmission Oil <br /> [X] Antifreeze <br /> [ ] Grease <br /> [ ] Gear Lubricant (80W/90) <br /> [ ] Solvent (including parts cleaners) <br /> [X] Propane <br /> [ ] Battery Acid <br /> [ ] Car Wash Products <br /> [ ] Kerosene <br /> [X] CO, <br /> [X] Waste Oil (prior to dumping in underground tank) <br /> [ ] Spent Anti-freeze <br /> [ ] Used Oil Filters <br /> The storage areas for these hazardous materials must be visually inspected every day for signs of leakage. Items <br /> designated with a (*) require secondary containment with the contents of each container clearly labeled. <br /> If there is a leak or spill of any of the hazardous materials, whether stored above- or underground, Dealer must follow <br /> the "Emergency Response Procedures," attached. <br /> 4 <br />
