Advaneed <br /> G e o Environmental , Inc . -... .... <br /> 19 October 2011 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 11-1999 <br /> Ms. Lori Duncan <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> 600 East Main Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Subject: Phase II Site Assessment Work Plan <br /> PRIME SHINE PROPERTY <br /> 1755 West 11th Street, Tracy, California <br /> Dear Ms. Duncan: <br /> At the request of Mr. Evan Porges, of Prime Shine, Inc., Advanced Geo Environmental, Inc. <br /> (AGE) has prepared this Phase 11 Site Assessment Work Plan for the property located at <br /> 1755 West 11th Street, Tracy, California. The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1. <br /> A plan of the site is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> This work plan is prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) for procurement of a Drilling Permit. A Well and Boring Permit <br /> Application, Master File Record (MFR), and associated fees are attached. Upon EHD <br /> approval of the permit package, AGE will schedule field work. AGE will provide EHD with <br /> a minimum of 72-hours prior notice for a grout inspection. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report(Report)was recently completed for the <br /> property by Kleinfelder. Portions of the Report were provided to AGE for review. Kleinfelder <br /> identified several "recognized environmental concerns" (RECs) for the property. Based <br /> upon the Report, AGE proposes the following scope of work. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> AGE proposes to advance a total of eleven soil borings at the site. Three soil borings will <br /> be advanced along the northern property boundary to depths of 10 feet below surface <br /> grade (bsg); two soil borings will be advanced along the eastern property boundary to <br /> depths of 20 feet bsg; four soil borings will be advanced in the center of the site to depths <br /> of 20 feet bsg; and two soil borings will be advanced along the southern property boundary <br /> 837 Shaw Road • Stockton,CA 95215 <br /> Telephone (209)467-1006 • Fax (209)467-1 118 <br />
