MS-89-64 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 2. LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the final map. <br /> 3. WOODBRIDGE FIRE DISTRICT <br /> a. Water Supply: The required fire flow shall be 1500 <br /> gallons per minute for a duration of two hours, <br /> minimum. Residual water pressure of 20 psi is required <br /> during flow. <br /> b. Water Mains: : Minimum size shall be 8". Mains shall be <br /> in place and stubbed along the northeast corner where <br /> both parcels meet. This is to allow for the connection <br /> to the main when the back property is developed. <br /> C. Fire Hydrant: One hydrant is to be installed at the <br /> entrance on Lower Sacramento Road, southeast corner. <br /> This hydrant shall conform to the Standard American <br /> Water Works Association. The hydrant shall have two — <br /> 2 1/2" outlets, a 4 1/2" pumper outlet and a 6" street <br /> main. Hydrant shall be of a design that if the hydrant <br /> is broken off, the hydrant will remain closed. <br /> d. Engineer Plans: An engineered plan showing mains, <br /> valves and hydrants shall be submitted to this office <br /> for approval prior to installation of the system. <br /> e. All requirements under the Uniform Fire Code shall be <br /> met. <br /> 4. PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. Will serve letters are required indicating that water, <br /> sewer, and drainage will be provided for both parcels <br /> and that the agencies supplying those services have the <br /> capacity to do so. <br />
