CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP-89-23 <br /> GEORGE GALATSATOS <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> 1 . PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, <br /> on-site parking, and grading shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> 2. LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility <br /> construction plans to the Health District for review and <br /> approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> b. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground <br /> storage tank pans to the Health District for review and <br /> approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> C. An Environmental Health Permit for the facility will be <br /> required from the Health District. <br /> d. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 4877 and <br /> #1481 and Title 2.3 and 7.8, California Government Code, <br /> and Title 14, CAC. <br /> e. Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District for the necessary air <br /> pollution permits. <br /> 3. WOODBRIDGE RURAL FIRE DISTRICT <br /> a. Roofing: Roofing material shall be of a noncombustible <br /> type in order to minimize fire hazards (tile or Class A <br /> roofing). <br /> b. All requirements under the Uniform Fire Code shall be <br /> met. ~�-- <br />
