EXHIBIT "A"
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
FOR THE PROPOSED ARCO AM/PM
MINI-MARKET FACILITY AT LOWER SACRAMENTO
ROAD AND INDIANA STREET, WOODBRIDGE
(SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY) CALIFORNIA
OUR JOB #2809
ARCO is proposing a 2,700 square foot ARCO AM/PM Mini-Market facility along
with a 32'by 55' canopy and pump islands. In addition, we will be installing
three 12,000 gallon underground fuel storage tanks.
The site plan review process will consist of an application of a Develop-
ment Plan along with a Minor Subdivision Application. The site is currently
zoned C2 and no use permits will be required for this project. The remaining
land to the east has the potential of a commercial type building or some type
of office building.
ARCO's gross site area will be 28,450 square feet, which is shown on the
site plan, and is ample room for manueverability and parking spaces.
The architecture for this project will be a white stucco-texture building
with ARCO's AM/PM fascia above. In addition, the canopy is a column supported
structure and will also have a graphic color band around its fascia.
Fuel will be stored on the site in three fiberglass, 12,000 gallon, double
containment, underground fuel storage tanks. Double containment piping will
also be utilized for the fuel delivery system, along with other required
California leak protection monitoring equipment.
2809.06
