All on-site personnel will be trained as necessary according to the specifications set <br /> forth by Title 8 California Code of Regulations Section 5192 and this document. <br /> 3.1 USACE Project Manager <br /> The USACE PM, Fred Mueller, is responsible for overseeing this project and reviewing all <br /> associated documents, including this HSP. <br /> 3.2 Program Manager <br /> The Program Manager is Ron Chu. He is responsible for providing the necessary resources and <br /> guidance to the project team and ensuring that all program commitments are maintained. He <br /> shall ensure consistency in procedures and work products through technical guidance and <br /> oversight. All final project reports shall be reviewed and approved through the Program <br /> Manager. <br /> 3.3 Program Health and Safety Manager <br /> Chris McClain is the Project Health and Safety Manager (PHSM) for this project. She is <br /> responsible for reviewing and approving the HSP. The PHSM will update and change the plan, <br /> if warranted by changed conditions, and will have the only authorization to effect such changes. <br /> Agency liaison on matters relating to safety and health will be the responsibility of the PHSM. <br /> 3.4 Site Safety and Health Officer <br /> The Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), Nisha Barisal, will be responsible for field <br /> implementation of this work plan and the HSP.
