r . <br /> MS-89-49 <br /> Page Two <br /> h. 1 ) Encroachment Permit shall be required for work <br /> within street rights-of-way . <br /> 2) Use of the alley for access will require full <br /> width improvement for the alley frontage of Parcel <br /> 2 . This work shall be under encroachment permit . <br /> i . When adopted , Lathrop Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee is <br /> required for this development . (The fee shall be <br /> $380/Dwelling Unit or $1 , 710/ acre , whichever yields the <br /> larger fee . The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> annually by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> Published by the Engineering News Record ) . <br /> 2 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a . Open , pump , and backfill the septic tank under permit <br /> and inspection by the Health District . <br /> b. Connection to a public sewer system is required . A <br /> will serve letter will be required from the sewer <br /> district stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the proposed project prior to recording the final map. <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the final map . <br /> 3 . MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE DISTRICT <br /> a. Uniform Fire Code 1985 edition access and Fire <br /> Protection Appliances shall be required . National Fire <br /> Protection Association and Local Sprinkler Code <br /> requirements shall also be required . <br /> b . The owner/developer shall meet with the Fire Chief to <br /> discuss the Fire Facilities Fee Ordinance established <br /> by the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors . The <br /> Fee structure and findings shall be established by the <br /> Fire District for presentation to the Board of <br /> Supervisors for approval . <br /> 4 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. All previous property lines shall be deleted from the <br /> final parcel map . <br />
