Stockpile No. 3 will not <br /> be used as fill. <br /> The tank excavation will be lined with a geo-text le fabric prior to backfilling. The excavation <br /> will be backfilled with 3!8-inch pea gravel to 6 feet or les from the ground surface. Geo-textile <br /> fabric will be placed over the pea gravel. The remainder of the'tank excavation, except the top 12 <br /> inches, will be filled with the stockpiled soil. The top 12 inches will be 314-inch aggregate base rock. <br /> The fill material will be compacted during backfilling.
