The SJCPHS,EHD letter stated that "should the <br /> confirmatory sample of MWI be absent of petroleum hydrocarbons, SJCPHS,EHD will direct [the <br /> property owner) to decommission the monitoring well iiiider permit and inspection." Laboratory <br /> analyses of the confirmation groundwater sample collected from MW 1 on September 25, 1995, <br /> indicated no evidence of petroleum hydrocarbons at or above the reported laboratory detection limits. <br /> A complete description of the confirmation groundwater sampling event was prepared by Condor <br /> Earth Technologies, Inc., (Condor), dated October 4, 1995, and presented to SJCPHS,EHD. The <br /> location of the Di Trucking facility and MWl are shown on the attached figures.
