The <br /> responsible party did not attend; in his place was a representative from a <br /> developer who holds an option to b y the property. SJC/EHD and <br /> Regional Board staff encouraged th t an application to the cleanup fund <br /> be submitted. Although the tanks were farm exempt at the time of <br /> removal, they were larger than 1,100 gallon current exemption. A work <br /> plan to continue the investigation an I prepare for remediation was <br /> required. The work plan was duel 115102. <br /> 11/18/02 Date of SJC/EHD summary letter of 11/13/02 meeting. <br /> 12/10/02 Work plan for additional investigatiop submitted this date. <br /> 01/27/03 SJC/EHD approved the submitted work plan. Deadline for the work plan <br /> to be implemented was 3/28/03. <br /> 09/29/03 Date of Cleanup Fund corresponder ce to responsible party, Notice of <br /> Eligibility and acceptance of claim of i Priority List, priority class B. <br /> 05/05/04 Work plan implemented, 14 months ate. Three additional groundwater <br /> monitoring wells installed this date, bfvo shallow and one deep (MW4, <br /> MWS, MW 105). <br /> 08/17/04 Date of report on May 2004 work. <br /> 02/28/05 Overexcavation of contaminated soil began this date; continued through <br /> 03101/05. Monitoring well MW-4 was inadvertently destroyed during the <br /> excavation work. <br /> 04/13105 Date of report on February 2005 exaivation work. <br /> 05/04/05 Date monitoring well MW-4R installs (May 2005 QM report). <br /> 05/10/05 Quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling reinitiated this date. <br /> Concentrations of contaminants in MIN-4R after the remediation are <br /> reported to be an approximate order f magnitude less than they were in <br /> MW-4 prior to the remediation. <br /> 04/13/06 The fifth quarterly monitoring and sampling event conducted since the <br /> remediation was completed on this date. The maximum concentration of <br /> MtBE in MW-4R over the past five quarters is 6.9 µg/l, current <br /> concentration is 1.2 µg11. All other constituents analyzed for in MW-4R <br /> were non-detect. Well MW-5 currently reports 0.06 mgll gasoline. <br /> 05/20/06 Date of Site Closure Report & Request For No Further Action <br /> Determination. <br />
