(ERAS) is pleased to present the results of the limited subsurface <br /> investigation for the collection of groundwater samples at 375 West Larch Road in Tracy, California <br /> (the "Property'). The purpose of the investigation was to assess subsurface environmental <br /> conditions in the areas of the Property that formerly contained a fuel tank and associated fuel <br /> dispensers. <br /> The location of the Property is shown on Figure 1. The Property Site Plan is shown on Figure 2. <br /> The figures are included as Attachment A. <br /> The work performed for this investigation was proposed to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department(SJCEHD)in a work plan by ERAS dated August 9, 2013. SJCEHD approved the <br /> scope of work by issuing the drilling permit. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> ERAS performed a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment(ESA) and the results of the ESA were <br /> presented in a report dated July 18, 2013. As part of the ESA project, ERAS reviewed files for the <br /> Property at the City of Tracy Building/Fire Prevention Department and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD). <br /> City of Tracy Sui/dino/Fire Prevention Department Records <br /> The Property was indicated to have been developed with a residence in 1958 and 1959.
