In addition, I have received a copy of San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's letter of May 7, 2010 addressed to <br /> Frontier Transportation, Inc. I have also received your "Access and Indemnity <br /> Agreement - Permit to Enter" executed by Ami Adini &Associates, Inc. <br /> I have had a brief opportunity to review the Access and Indemnity Agreement and I <br /> believe that we would like to make some modifications in that Agreement. I will be out <br /> of the office from Thursday, June 17 through Tuesday, June 22. Upon my return on <br /> June 23, 1 will prepare a Draft Amendment to said Agreement and have that to you no <br /> later than Friday, June25. <br /> I have reviewed your letter of June 3, 2010 and the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department's letter of May 7, 2010 regarding the various locations and technical <br /> data for soil boring and monitoring wells. My client's site is a fully operational center <br /> with numerous tenants, some of which have trucking activities and all of which must use <br /> the driveway access indicated on your aerial photograph. Insofar as the traffic <br /> congestion on the driveways is concerned, we have some misgivings as to the location <br /> of a number of soil borings.
