There is already a lot of data <br /> available from previous investigations to submit a preliminary SCM that includes exposure pathway analysis. You <br /> must provide technical justification for any additional core sampling. The Environmental Health Department <br /> recommends preparing an SCM with the data at hand, demonstrate the data gaps, and address those gaps with a <br /> work plan. <br /> During our meeting on December 8, 2009, Nuel Henderson discussed advancing several borings to collect grab <br /> groundwater samples to target the best location for installing a well down gradient of the source area. <br /> Submitting a work plan for the down gradient well without this information would not seem efficient. <br /> To arrange file reviews, please contact Diane Martinez in our office at 209.248.3425.
