Dear Ms Pagel of7
Vicki McCartney [EH1
From: Ami Adini [amia@amiadini.com]
Sent: Friday, December 11, 2009 8:00 PM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Cc: Elie Balas; Paul A.Zumberge; Andrew T. Payne; 'Larry'
Subject: Frontier Transportation -425 W Larch Rd -Tracy -CA-- SJCEHD#2251 -- Minutes of a
Meeting Held on 12-08-2009
Importance: High
Dear Vicki:
With reference to the points raised by you below we respond as follows:
1. We will collect the groundwater samples before January 11, 2010. We'll notify you
one week ahead of time of the date of sampling.
2. We will move immediately to compose a Site Conceptual Model with the data
currently available from EHD's files and on GeoTracker. The SCM will attempt to
provide Exposure Path Analysis with the data currently extant. If data gaps should
prevent the Analysis, such gaps will be identified and workplan will be presented to
EHD for continuous core sampling as warranted.
3. In the subject of the planned MW28 well downgradient, Mr. Henderson's advice
will be heeded. We've started working on the Plan and it will include the
advancement of several DPT (Direct Push Technology) borings to enable spotting
the optimal place for the MW28. Grab water samples will be collected and analyzed
from each test hole. Additionally, we plan on advancing these borings as continuous
cores; the DPT being well suited for this mode of drilling.
4. We will contact Diane Martinez first thing Monday morning to arrange for review
of the case files. We understand that only reports will be placed on the electronic
disc.
Vicki, thank you very much for the promptness of your communication. We are looking
forward to working with you and EHD staff in this project.
Happy Holidays,
Ami Adini
Ami Adini, President
Environmental Consultants&Contractors
Rehabilitation of Brownfields
Underground Storage Tank Experts
Phone: 323-913-4073 Fax: 323-667-2336
Ami amiadini com www.amiafti.com
WARNING:This e-mail is covered by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 U.S.C.2510-2521 and is legally
privileged.
