Semi-annually means two times per year. <br /> 2. Total Toxic Organics is the summation of all quantifiable values greater than 0.01 mg/1 of the toxic <br /> organics identified in 40 CFR 433.10 (e). <br /> 3. Analysis for tributyltin may be waived if the prospective discharge is not vulnerable to this pollutant. <br /> 4. The maximum allowable amounts of Flow, BOD and TSS discharged shall be based upon an average daily <br /> discharge over seven (7) consecutive days. No discharge shall exceed the discharge limit by more than <br /> 10%. <br /> C. Sampling <br /> 1. A sample shall be collected of the initial discharge to the sanitary sewer and analyzed for the chemicals <br /> listed in Part 1 B and the results reported to the City. Thereafter, Two (2) samples of the discharge to the <br /> sanitary sewer will be collected and analyzed for the chemicals listed in Part 1 B of this permit annually. <br /> One sample will be collected in January—June and the results reported to the City by June 30th. The <br /> second sample will be collected in July— December and the results reported to the City by December 316t. <br /> Comments: <br /> 1. All samples will be collected at the point of discharge from the dual-phase extraction apparatus prior to <br /> the sanitary sewer. <br />
