Nuel is <br /> concerned about the expense of sampling all of the wells. We may recommend only sampling some of the wells <br /> after Nuel has reviewed the work plan. <br /> I tried to tape the maps together(Figures 4 through 9)that you submitted in your email. Nothing matched and I <br /> could not determine anything from the maps. Please send me the 11-by-17 inch maps. I need to review them. <br /> Things to check in your current work plan are: <br /> 1. Page 7 -check the gallons of water removed during DPE in February 2012; 1 read that 105,445 gallons <br /> were removed, not 102,150 gallons. <br /> 2. The manifest stated that 4,400 gallons of water were removed during the depth-discrete pumping test <br /> instead of 3,500 gallons. Please check this. <br /> 3. Page 8-Section 6.2.1 describes the two methods proposed to destroy the wells but there is no mention to <br /> refer to Table 3 to see which wells will be destroyed by pressure grouting and which wells will be over- <br /> drilled. Include a reference to this table. <br /> 4. Table 2 -TBA was detected in MW-1 at 118 ug/L instead of ND. <br /> 5. 1 am having great difficulty reading red print on top of red outlines of contamination in the figures. Can you <br /> switch to another color for the outline of the plume when submitting your figures to me? I will review the <br /> figures in your work plan once I receive the hardcopy. <br /> 6.
