7k010 <br /> • <br /> REVISED FEASIBILITY STUDY <br /> North Shore Parcels <br /> Stockton,California <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This Feasibility Study (FS) has been prepared for the Stockton Department of Housing and <br /> Redevelopment(SDHR) as part of SDHR's oversight and consultation agreement with the <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) for properties collectively referred <br /> to as the North Shore Parcels (Figure 1). The SDHR has entered into the Voluntary Oversight <br /> Program with the DTSC who has required that SDHR conduct a Remedial Investigation(RI) and <br /> submit to DTSC an RI report, a Feasibility Study (FS), a Risk Assessment(RA), a Remedial <br /> Action Plan(RAP), and a Public Participation Plan (PPP). Treadwell & Rollo was been <br /> contracted by the SDHR to complete the RI, FS,RA, and RAP. <br /> • <br /> The North Shore Parcels consist of the following sites: <br /> Area 10—Banner Island (Figure 2) <br /> Area 11 —300 Lincoln Street, also referred to as the Christian Life site (Figure 3) <br /> Area 15 —423 North Madison Street, also referred to as Chase Chevrolet (Figure 4) <br /> Area 16—424 North van Buren Street, also referred to as Chase Chevrolet(Figure 5) <br /> Area 20—Former Western Railroad (Figure 6) <br /> Area 21 —404 West Fremont Street, also referred to as the Crystal Creamery (Figure 7) <br /> Soil and groundwater investigations have previously been performed at each area. The most <br /> recent investigation was the RI conducted in April and May 2000 in general conformance with <br /> the 24 March 2000 workplan titled Field Investigation Workplan North Shore Parcels, Stockton, <br /> California (Treadwell &Rollo 2000). Field work was completed by Treadwell &Rollo <br /> personnel at Areas 10, 11, 20, and 21 during the week of 17-21 April 2000. Field work was <br /> • <br />
