October 11,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05111A <br /> In the 1993 photo, the subject property and its immediate vicinity appear relatively unchanged from <br /> the previous photo. <br /> In the 2002 photo,the subject property appears unchanged with the exception of what appears to be <br /> two small structures directly south of the tail-water pond in the middle of the subject property. The <br /> immediate vicinity appears relatively unchanged from the previous photo. <br /> In the 2005 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity appear relatively unchanged from the <br /> previous photo. What appeared to be two small structures in the 2002 photo appear to have been <br /> removed,leaving what appears to be an open area without vegetation. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. NOA's ability to interpret the land uses is <br /> limited by the scale and quality of the photos. <br /> 2.3 USGS Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is a 7.5-minute map of the Stockton East <br /> Quadrangle dated 1969 photo-revised 1980 which was available at NOA. <br /> In the 1980 map, the subject property is depicted as open agricultural land. Railroad tracks form the <br /> northeastern border of the subject property. Several creeks run through the vicinity of the subject <br /> property.The property is depicted between 55 and 65 feet above mean sea level and sloping down to <br /> the west at a rate of approximately five feet per mile. <br /> This map is included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 2.4 Interviews <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject property <br /> from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental Questionnaire and <br /> Disclosure Statement was completed by James Boersma, of Wildwood Ranch, LLC. A copy of his <br /> responses has been included in this report as Appendix E. <br /> In his responses to the questionnaire, Mr. Boersma indicated that Wildwood Ranch,LLC purchased <br /> the property in 2003 from Sacramento Valley Farm Credit.He did not know the dates of ownership by <br /> that entity. Mr.Boersma indicated that corn and tomatoes were grown on the property in 2004 but that <br /> the property is not currently being farmed.The property was previously vineyards but was abandoned l j <br /> in 2001 and removed,he noted. He indicated that there are no diesel or chemical storage tanks on the <br /> subject property,but he stated that there was a diesel storage tank removed which was used to supply <br /> energy for the agricultural tail-water pond. He stated that there were no leaks on the subject property <br /> from this tank. <br /> 4 '004 <br />
