October 11,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05111A <br /> 3.LJ San Joaquin County OfMce ofEmergency Services <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) web site'was searched on September /3• <br /> 28,2005 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject l <br /> property. No files were found for the subject property. <br /> According to Michelle Halliwell, two records were on file for within a one quarter mile radius of the <br /> subject property. One record was found for Wildwood Road, east of JackTone Road which was <br /> reported as one empty white 55-gallon plastic barrel with Round-Up.The Agricultural Commissioners 6 a) <br /> office disposed of the plastic barrel the same day. The 1996 incident has been included in Appendix <br /> F. Another record was reported November 18, 2001 as a Sheriff's Office response to two empty <br /> containers of alcohol or acetone. The containers were taken to public works for disposal. <br /> Due to the dates of these reports,it is unlikely that any impacts to the subject property or vicinity from 4") <br /> the incidents remain. <br /> A review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within one-quarter mile of the �j•f' <br /> subject property was conducted on September 28,2005 at the OES6. No notices were found. <br /> 3.L4 San Joaquin County Fire Prevention <br /> The Collegeville Fire Protection District was contacted by telephone regarding hazardous materials <br /> incidents on or in the vicinity of the subject property.Mr.Dennis Faist,Fire Chief,indicated that he has <br /> no knowledge of any incidents in the vicinity of the subject property except for car fires.
