October 11,2005 NOA Project Number: E05111A 3.LJ San Joaquin County OfMce ofEmergency Services The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) web site'was searched on September /3• 28,2005 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject l property. No files were found for the subject property. According to Michelle Halliwell, two records were on file for within a one quarter mile radius of the subject property. One record was found for Wildwood Road, east of JackTone Road which was reported as one empty white 55-gallon plastic barrel with Round-Up.The Agricultural Commissioners 6 a) office disposed of the plastic barrel the same day. The 1996 incident has been included in Appendix F. Another record was reported November 18, 2001 as a Sheriff's Office response to two empty containers of alcohol or acetone. The containers were taken to public works for disposal. Due to the dates of these reports,it is unlikely that any impacts to the subject property or vicinity from 4") the incidents remain. A review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within one-quarter mile of the �j•f' subject property was conducted on September 28,2005 at the OES6. No notices were found. 3.L4 San Joaquin County Fire Prevention The Collegeville Fire Protection District was contacted by telephone regarding hazardous materials incidents on or in the vicinity of the subject property.Mr.Dennis Faist,Fire Chief,indicated that he has no knowledge of any incidents in the vicinity of the subject property except for car fires. Mr. Faist stated that he is not aware of any spills or incidents at that location to date.'
