Anderson&Associates (NOA) has been retained by Gary McAndrews to conduct a Surface <br /> and Subsurface Contamination Report for the property identified as 10151 South Murphy Road, <br /> Stockton, California. <br /> This report has been prepared to meet the requirements of the San Joaquin County Development Tide, <br /> §9-905.12,as follows: <br /> A surface and subsurface contamination report shall be required at the time of the tentative map <br /> submittal. The surface and subsurface contamination report shall be prepared by a qualified <br /> environmental professional and shall identifi1 any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> caused bypast orcurrent land uses. The report shallinclude evaluation of nonpoint source ofhazardous <br /> materials,including agricultural chemical residues,as well as potential point sources,such as fuel storage <br /> tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible <br /> and based on the search methods described in the text, sources of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations intended to inform the client and <br /> allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether further action should be required to address <br /> any potential contamination sources identified.
