Parcel 1 to contain 105 acres and Parcel <br /> 2 to contain 742 acres . <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located on the northeast corner of Austin Road and <br /> Mariposa Road, southeast of Stockton ( 7119 E. Mariposa Road ) . <br /> Portions of this area lying along the northeasterly side of the <br /> A.T . & S.F . Railroad are located within a Federal Flood Hazard <br /> Area. The 100-Year Flood Depth will be approximately 1 . 0 foot <br /> above the natural ground elevation. <br /> Mariposa Road and Kaiser Road have existing right-of-way widths <br /> of 80 and 50 feet, respectively , and planned right-of-way widths <br /> of 110 and 84 feet, respectively . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 2rior to Parcel Map approval , a "Precise Road Plan" for Mariposa <br /> Road and an on site circulation plan shall be provided.
