Ms Nancee Volpi - 2 - 17 August 1999
Please contact us immediately if this is not your understanding.
During this fiscal year (1 July 1999-30 June 2000) we estimate that staff will spend 30 hours in the
conduct of cleanup oversight for this facility. The number of hours given is only an estimate, and you
will be billed for the actual hours spent. The State billing rate for APSA cleanup oversight is
approximately $65 per hour, but the actual rate will vary according to the salary of the individuals
performing tasks related to the oversight. Attachment 1 lists the activities that may be conducted in
oversight of your facility during the fiscal year. Attachment 2 lists the billing rates for the classes of
employees who may be working on this project. Attachment 3 describes the billing process in detail.
By copy of this letter the State Water Resources Control Board will initiate the billing cycle, and you
should receive your first statement soon after you have filed your storage statement. If you have any
questions, please contact Gail Wiggett at (916) 255=3119.
iR4?.
