Spill Containment Procedures: Any spill of potentially contaminated fluid will be <br /> contained with temporary earthen dikes. The spill will be cleaned up by soaking it with soil <br /> and then putting the soil into storage drums for disposal. <br /> 13. Questions: (a time for attendees to ask questions of the site safety officer to ensure <br /> understanding of the items covered. <br /> 14. Personnel in attendance shall review of Site Safety Plan including route to nearest <br /> emergency medical facility, emergency phone numbers, and symptoms of exposure to site <br /> health hazards. <br /> 15. Personal in attendance at the site safety meeting for this project will sign and date a <br /> record of attendance stating they attended the meeting and have familiarized themselves with <br /> the Site Safety Plan. <br />
